Just about any format you want. Our pre-press capability is state-of-the-art. We can accept all of the standard media (Zip, Jaz...) and graphics software (QuarkXPress, PageMaker, Photoshop...). Some clients still use loose "mechanical" art, photo prints or color transparencies and other types of camera-ready artwork. We can handle your project using whatever materials you choose to provide.

How can I ensure I can have the printing effect or color is what I expect?
This is very important and a challenge for making the very same color as client want or match the sample proof by using different press and different stock and ink. We, digitalCHN.com have years of experiences of dealing with this, we will choose paper stock very carefully and adjust the artworks client provides then show clients sample proof until client is satified

Is there any minimum order limit?
No, no matter how many copies you want, digitalCHN.com will strive to fulfill your needs , the only thing is the less copies you want, higher the unite printing product would be.

How long is your general lead time?
It really depends, if it is a catalog or magazine, it will be 7-10working days, if a book, it will be 8-12 working days, if a folder or other packaging with hand work involved, it will be 7-12 working days.

How long it will take for the shipping to my door?
By courier company such as FedEx, it will take about 2-4 days, by air shipping, it will take 3-10 days, if by ocean, it will take 30-40 days.

What is your payment terms?
50% deposit and balance before the delivery.
